This course presents four studies (Effect of Limiting Ankle-Dorsiflexion Range of Motion on Lower Extremity Kinematics and Muscle-Activation Patterns During a Squat, Resistance Training is Accompanied by Increases in Hip Strength and Changes in Lower Extremity Biomechanics During Running, Neuromotor Control of Gluteal Muscles in Runners with Achilles Tendinopathy and Temporal Couplings Between Rearfoot-Shank Complex and Hip Joint During Walking) and determining study design and level of evidence of each of the studies is the description of the course.
