This course discusses the recommended ranges for reps between sets and the relationship between reps between sets and load, volume, the effect on post-exercise blood hormone and enzyme concentrations, muscle EMG activity and inter-set power.

Prerequisite: 

EQF L4 Personal Trainer to gain REPs Ireland CPD points and you must be a member of brookbushinstitute.com ($19.99/month or $199/year USD) to take this course.

Assessment:

Informal online assessment – 70% or more on course final exam to pass the course.
