After completing this training learners will be able to:

  • List the rep ranges commonly referred to during strength training.
  • Select the most appropriate rep range for a given goal and population.
  • Explain the entwined relationship between rep range and another acute variable for at least two of the training goals reviewed.
  • List at least 2 goals/adaptations that are likely not influenced by the selection of rep range.

Assessment:

Passing a final exam with a score of 70% or better.
