This course is ideal for personal trainers who are looking to train their clients for performance goals. The course will offer the learner methods of Fitness testing Postural assessment and technique for the main compound lifts. The duration of the course is 1 day workshop (8hrs).

Prerequisite:

REPs UK: Level 3 Personal Trainer

REPs Ireland: Level 4 EQF Personal Trainer plus Strength & Conditioning Foundation Training

Assessment: 

To deliver to 1 other student either:

  • A testing / assessment Protocol
  • NASM Squat Test ( 2 perspectives)
