Content: 

By the end of the course participants will understand how to use resistance bands in a safe, fun and effective manner.

On completion of this course students will:

  • Understand some of the science when using bands
  • Learn how to best care for your bands
  • Discover the differences between different band options
  • Learn a range of different exercises using different types of bands
  • Learn different programming options suitable for bootcamps

Prerequisite:

To achieve REPs Ireland CPD points, REPs Ireland members must have a minimum EQF L3 Fitness Instructor. qualification. No prior knowledge of resistance bands is required however, for non-REPs Ireland members, assumed knowledge is that the participant has completed either a group fitness instructor, gym floor instructor or personal trainer qualification.
