  • How to safely perform and teach double kettlebell movements
  • How to program advanced single kettlebell movements into a training program
  • How to program double kettlebell exercises into a training program

Prerequisite:

To achieve REPs Ireland CPD points, REPs Ireland members must have a minimum EQF L3 Fitness Instructor qualification. Assumed knowledge is that the participant has completed either a group fitness instructor, gym floor instructor or personal trainer qualification.

Assessment:

Assessment is a combination of multiple choice and video assessment.
