Content: 

This course is ideal for gym instructors and/or personal trainers who are looking for a new and creative way to deliver sessions for their clients/members. Personal Trainers who wish to challenge their clients to a full body workout with a diverse arsenal of equipment in a progressive and creative nature will also find this course highly relevant. The duration of the course is 1 day workshop (8hrs).

Prerequisite: 

Level 2 Gym or Level 3 EQF (REPs Ireland) Fitness Instructor

Assessment:

To deliver a circuit based training workout to the other group participants a 15 minute observed summative assessment.
