This course equips bootcamp trainers to maximise client retention by deliberately strengthening the relationships, community, and experience that keep clients coming back round after round.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Explain why retention is the primary driver of bootcamp growth
  • Apply deliberate, repeatable actions to build strong trainer-client relationships.
  • Foster genuine connection between clients before, during, and outside sessions
  • Design a bootcamp experience that meets client needs and use client feedback to continually improve it.

Prerequisite:

To achieve REPs Ireland CPD points, REPs Ireland members must have a minimum EQF L3 Fitness Instructor qualification. No prior knowledge of bootcamp business retention is required however, for non-REPs Ireland members, assumed knowledge is that the participant has completed either a group fitness instructor, gym floor instructor or personal trainer qualification
