  • Class structure and purpose, reasons for exercise sequencing, and class benefits
  • How to interpret, understand and learn choreography
  • How to perform and evaluate correct exercise technique
  • How and why exercises are executed in a particular way
  • How to coach the class so that it is both safe and inspirational
  • How to create a memorable, fun and effective workout experience

Prerequisite:

For the purposes of claiming REPS Ireland CPD points instructors must hold a EQF L3 Group Exercise qualification

Assessment:

Instructors will be allocated two tracks to learn prior to the module as they will be assessed on this once all teaching components are covered on the module. Final assessment will be a video submission within 8-weeks following training.
