Block Fit is the middle path of the fitness industry. You can go as easy as you like or as hard as you like, but the beauty of it all, is the exercises are modified to beginner, intermediate, and advanced in the same class, so you have all different abilities standing side by side, and everyone gets their Block Fit workout.

What makes it even more special and a stand out alone brand, is you never get bored because the blocks are between 12 and 15 minutes long so if you didn’t like one block you haven’t got long to wait before the next block arrives.

And the most surprising thing we found amongst the participants and instructors alike, is once they step outside the box, their fear turns into elation because not only do they enjoy what they feared most but Block Fit would have introduced them to a discipline that they would never ever dreamed of doing but has now become their favourite.
