Content:
The aim of this course is to extend on the content of Level 1. Level 2 will introduce you to a wider range of myofascial lines and also the 10 Step Movement Screen. You’ll also be provided with some real life case study examples.
On completion of this course students will:
- Understand the 10 Step Movement Screen system and how to apply it with clients
- Learn the remaining myofascial lines of the body and movements which target each line
- Learn the value of hanging
- Have the tools to run whole body myofascial mobility sessions and problem solve some common issues
Prerequisite:
To achieve REPs Ireland CPD points, REPs Ireland members must have a minimum EQF L3 Fitness Instructor qualification. No prior knowledge of Mobility training is required however, for non-REPs Ireland members, assumed knowledge is that the participant has completed either a group fitness instructor, gym floor instructor or personal trainer qualification.
