The aim of this course is to introduce students to the main myofascial lines and their relationship to mobility. Students will also learn the 4 Step Movement Screen and how to apply this with clients.

On completion of this course students will:

  • Understand the differences between a traditional and progressive understanding of the body
  • Understand the 4 Step Movement Screen system
  • Learn how fascia and myofascial lines affect mobility

Prerequisite:
To achieve REPs Ireland CPD points, REPs Ireland members must have a minimum EQF L3 Fitness Instructor. qualification. No prior knowledge of Mobility training is required however, for non-REPs Ireland members, assumed knowledge is that the participant has completed either a group fitness instructor, gym floor instructor or personal trainer qualification.
