PD:Approval also provides a safety net to learners undertaking endorsed CPD by offering mediation where possible with their endorsed provider should anything go wrong; if an issue arises whilst studying a qualification, it is the responsibility of the awarding organisation who has approved the training provider to deliver that qualification to provide the necessary support to resolve it.
