Balancing both power and rhythm for ourselves and our riders/members can be one of the biggest challenges that indoor cycling instructors face today. It is not easy or simple, but we endeavor to address this conundrum with gusto and believe that these points will not only give you a deeper overall understanding of both ( + practical take-away) but will also take your instruction to the next level.
We start the workshop with a 1 hour practical session, watching a Power instructor taking on a Rhythm instructor and seeing how they can learn from one another, this will be followed by a 1 hour presentation highlighting the benefits of riding with both styles. At the end giving opportunities for questions and learning and to give out handout for the session.
EQF L3 Fitness Instructor (REPs Ireland) and an Indoor cycling qualification from any recognised training provider.
