This practical course will cover a range of exercises for the whole body, from beginner to advanced, which can help your clients facilitate movements beyond their normal ability. Many of the exercises taught are focused around the core abdominals and we will show client progression in each movement. Safe and effective technique are paramount when working with the ball and this will also be covered within the scope of this workshop.

This practical workshop covers basic and intermediate exercises, which you can incorporate into your mat classes to spice up your routines and keep your customers motivated. The Gym ball is a versatile piece of equipment that will assist in core strength, stability and control. This practical course will guide you through exercises for each body part, offering strength exercises for the abdominals, upper body, back and legs as well as mobility and stretches to improve flexibility.

  • L3 Personal Trainer
  • L2 Exercise to Music/ Gym Instructor
