The Barre Floor workout follows the classic BarreConcept structure and formula.  You will learn the Warm Up (mobility & pulse raiser), Barre conditioning exercises for the whole body followed by the final stretch section.  This workout is set to the beat and the phrase of the music.  Each exercise will be broken down into: Aims, Target Muscles, Teaching Points, Modifications, adaptations and contraindications, so that you can tailor each exercise to your clients requirements.  A fun and challenging workshop.
