Pelvic floor training given the supportive role of these muscles in standing.
Amateur or elite sportsperson and those recovering from spinal and peripheral joint injuries.
In order to attend this course you must have completed APPI Matwork Level One or a 2 day Pilates Matwork course with a recognised Pilates training provider.
For REPS members wanting to claim CPD points the prerequisite is L3 Pilates.
